The complainant has requested the internal correspondence between named officers at Aylesbury Vale District Council (‘the Council’) regarding the complainant’s planning application. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Council has correctly applied Regulation 12(5)(b) to withhold some of the information. The Commissioner does not require the public authority to take any steps to ensure compliance with the legislation. Information Tribunal appeal EA/2015/0033 dismissed.
