The complainant has requested any information relating to the Arts Barge project. City of York Council (the Council) provided the complainant with information relevant to the scope of the request. The Commissioner considers that the Council was correct to confirm that it did not hold any further information under section 1(1)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA). The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken.
