University of Ulster

The complainant has requested information relating to an internal investigation he believes may have been conducted by the University of Ulster. The University refused to confirm or deny that it holds the requested information. The Commissioner’s decision is that the University is entitled to rely on section 40(5)(b)(i) of the FOIA and he does not require any steps to be taken.
