Exelby Leeming and Newton Parish Council

The complainant has requested a letter sent to Exelby Leeming and Newton Parish Council by Parish Clerk. The Commissioner has established that the Council does not hold the letter sought by the complainant and consequently the Commissioner’s decision is that the Council has breached section 1(1) of the FOIA by failing to inform the complainant of this fact. The Commissioner does not require the Council to take any further action in respect of this request.
