The complainant requested a copy of the terms of the final lease for a particular property. Bridgend County Borough Council (‘the Council’) refused the request under section 14(1) as it considered it to be vexatious. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Council has correctly applied section 14(1) of the FOIA to the request. Information Tribunal appeal EA/2015/0071 dismissed.
