Arnside Parish Council

The complainant has requested time sheets for the clerk to the parish council. The council refused the request on the grounds that the timesheets are personal data belonging to the clerk. It therefore applied section 40(2) to the information. The Commissioner’s decision is that the council has correctly applied section 40(2) to the information. The Commissioner does not require the council to take any steps. Information Tribunal appeal EA/2015/0035 struck out.
