The complainant has requested a copy of the Gateshead Jewish Community Household Survey 2010, together with any updates or subsequent versions of that survey. The Commissioner’s decision is that Gateshead Metropolitan Borough Council is entitled to rely on the exemption to disclosure provided by section 41(1) of the FOIA. The Commissioner does not require the public authority to take any further action in this matter.
