The complainant has made 3 separate requests for information in relation to a community transport service provider being used by Cambridgeshire County Council (the council). The council has refused to provide the information to these 3 requests, relying on section 14(1) of the FOIA as it deemed the requests to be vexatious. The Commissioner’s decision is that the council has correctly relied on section 14(1) of the FOIA to refuse the 3 requests. The Commissioner does not require the council to take any steps.
