The complainant has made a request to Duddon Parish Council (“the council”) for notes and associated documents from a meeting.  The authority disclosed held information, but the complainant disputed that further information was held. The Commissioner’s decision is that the authority has disclosed all held information. The Commissioner does not require any steps to be taken. Information Tribunal appeal EA/2015/0171 allowed.
