Ministry of Justice (MoJ) provided some information within the scope of the request, but withheld the remainder citing section 40(2) of FOIA (personal information). The Commissioner’s decision is that MoJ withheld information appropriately. He requires no steps to be taken. Information Tribunal appeal EA/2015/0216 withdrawn.
