  • Decision(s) FOI 14: Not upheld

The complainant made a series of requests for information over a very short period of time to Avon and Somerset Constabulary (“the Constabulary”) about its injury on duty (“IOD”) award review. The Constabulary considered that all the requests were vexatious and relied on section 14(1) of the FOIA to refuse to comply with them. The Commissioner considers that the requests were vexatious and that section 14(1) was correctly engaged. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken. Information Tribunal appeal EA/2015/0181 dismissed.
