The complainant has made a series of requests to the City of London Corporation (CoL). The CoL refused all of the requests on the basis they were vexatious in accordance with section 14(1) of FOIA. The Commissioner considers that section 14(1) was properly applied and therefore the CoL is not required to take any steps as a result of this notice. Information Tribunal appeal EA/2015/0263 dismissed.
