The complainant made a freedom of information request to the NHS Business Services Authority (NHS BSA) for information relating to a specific NHS Protect report. The Commissioner has investigated the complaint and found that section 30(1)(a)(i) exemption is engaged and the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosure.
