The complainant has requested information from the University College London (“UCL”) relating to the examination marks of MSc in Clinical Neuroscience from the academic years 1999 - 2000 through to 2013 – 2014. The Commissioner’s decision is that the UCL has correctly applied section 14(1) of the FOIA to the request. The Commissioner requires the UCL to take no steps.
