The complainant submitted two requests for information relating to a tender bid process he had been part of in 2010 for legal aid work. The MOJ responded to both requests and cited section 14(1), vexatious requests. The Commissioner’s decision is that the MOJ has properly applied section 14(1) to both requests and he therefore does not require the public authority to take any steps. Information Tribunal appeal EA/2016/0010 dismissed.
