The complainant has made a number of requests which all relate to his personal dealings with the police and include his dissatisfaction with the service he has received. The City of London Police (‘COLP’) has determined that the latest five requests are ‘vexatious’. The Commissioner’s decision is that COLP has correctly relied on the exclusion at section 14(1) (vexatious requests) of the FOIA. No steps are required. Information Tribunal appeal EA/2015/0302 dismissed.
