Northern Ireland Judicial Appointments Commission

The complainant requested information relating to a High Court recruitment exercise. The Northern Ireland Judicial Appointments Commission (NIJAC) provided some of the requested information but refused the remainder in reliance on the exemption at section 36(2)(c) of the FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that NIJAC was entitled to rely on section 36(2)(c) and requires no steps to be taken.
