The complainant has requested information related to a clinical trial concerning treatments for chronic fatigue syndrome carried out by Queen Mary University of London (“QMUL”). QMUL has refused the request as vexatious under section 14(1) of the FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that QMUL has correctly applied section 14(1) to this request. There are no further steps to be taken.
