Worcestershire County Council (‘the Council’) has refused to comply with the request which it says is vexatious under section 14(1) of the FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that the request is vexatious and that the Council is correct not to comply with it. He does not require the Council to take any steps. Information Tribunal appeal GIA/284/2017 (permission to appeal) refused.
