Hs2 refused to disclose the requested information under section 37(1)(aa), 40(2) and 41 FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that Hs2 has correctly applied section 37(1)(aa) FOIA to the withheld information. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken.
