The complainant has requested information from Yavneh College (the School) concerning admission details to specific children and information relating to the School’s admissions rules.The Commissioner’s decision is that the School has correctly applied the exemption for personal data at section 40(2) to the request. Therefore the Commissioner does not require the School to take any steps.
