The complainant has requested information about the number of searches of premises conducted by West Mercia Police within the police station covering the town of Droitwich during the month of January 2016. The complainant was concerned that the response by West Mercia Police had been inadequate. Following her investigation, the Commissioner decided that West Mercia Police had responded appropriately and therefore had complied with section 1(1) FOIA. No steps are required. This decision notice is currently under appeal to the Tribunal.
