Lewisham Homes

The complainant has requested information relating to the power output and energy usage of Lewisham Homes in relation to council properties which he had named. Lewisham Homes initially provided some information however it said that other information was not held. The complainant considered that the information was held, and that Lewisham Homes had not properly answered all of the parts of the request. During the course of the Commissioner's investigation Lewisham Homes provided the information it holds and provided other information, effectively responding to all parts of the request. The Complainant however wished the Commissioner to issue a decision notice identifying that Lewisham Homes had breached Regulation 5 of the EIR. The Commissioner’s decision is that council did not comply with the requirements of Regulation 5(2) in that it did not disclose the relevant information to the complainant within 20 working days. The Commissioner does not require Lewisham Homes to take any steps.
