The complainant has requested information from City University of London (“the University”) broadly relating to its relationship with Western Union. The Commissioner’s decision is that the University does not hold any information falling within the scope of point 1 of the revised request dated 2 February 2016 and point 3 of the request dated 26 February 2016. The Commissioner requires the University to take no steps. Information Tribunal appeal EA/2016/0241 allowed in part.
