Suffolk Constabulary

The complainant has requested information about the recovery of costs from Suffolk Constabulary (the “Constabulary”). The Constabulary provided the requested information, however, the complainant was not satisfied with this as she believed it was an inadequate response. Having considered the wording of the request the Commissioner is satisfied that the Constabulary responded appropriately; she also finds no procedural breaches. No steps are required.
