Aylesbury Vale District Council disclosed some information and withheld other information under the exceptions for internal communications (regulation 12(4)(e)) and the course of justice (regulation 12(5)(b)). The Commissioner’s decision is that Aylesbury Vale District Council complied with regulation 5(1), breached regulation 5(2) by disclosing some information outside the statutory time limit, and correctly applied regulation 12(4)(e) to withhold some of the requested information. The Commissioner does not require the public authority to take any steps.
