Isle of Anglesey County Council

The complainant requested the name of the individual(s) involved in submitting a complaint about him to the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales (‘the PSOW’). Anglesey County Council (‘the Council’) withheld the information under section 40(2) of the FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Council has correctly applied section 40(2) to the information. She does not require any steps to be taken. This decision notice is currently under appeal to the Tribunal.
