The complainant has requested information relating to a previous decision notice issued by the Information Commissioner and the council’s subsequent appeal to the First Tier Tribunal (Information Rights). The Commissioner’s decision is that Brighton & Hove City Council has correctly applied the vexatious provision at section 14(1) of the FOIA. She does not require any steps to be taken.
