The complainant has requested information from English Heritage (“EH”) about meetings of its Blue Plaque committee. EH provided some information, but redacted parts of the minutes under section 36 of the FOIA (prejudicial to the effective conduct of public affairs) and section 40(2) of the FOIA (personal data). The Commissioner’s decision is that EH has correctly applied section 36 and section 40 to the withheld information. The Commissioner does not require EH to take any steps.
