The Commissioner’s decision is that North Yorkshire Police was correct to state that it did not hold the requested information. However, she considers that North Yorkshire Police has breached section 10(1) (time for compliance) of FOIA. The Commissioner does not require North Yorkshire Police to take any steps as a result of this decision notice.
