North West London Clinical Commissioning Groups

The complainant has requested information about the voting on delegated commissioning. North West London Collaboration of Clinical Commissioning Groups (the CCG) provided most of the information within the scope of the request but refused to provide the remainder, citing the exemption in sections 41 of the FOIA. The Information Commissioner’s decision is that the requested information is exempt from disclosure by virtue of section 41 of the FOIA. The Commissioner does not require any steps to be taken. Information Tribunal appeal EA/2018/0037 dismissed.
