The complainant has requested information relating to the minutes of internal and external meetings from 1 December 2015 to 30 December 2016. Despite the intervention of the Commissioner, Wolverton Health Centre has failed to provide a response to the request in accordance with the FOIA. The Commissioner therefore reminds Wolverton Health Centre of its obligations under the FOIA and requires that it either respond to the request in accordance with the legislation or issue a valid refusal notice under section 17(1). Information Tribunal appeal EA/2018/0080 allowed.
