The complainant has requested information relating to pest control activity at a particular property. The Commissioner’s decision is that the London Borough of Tower Hamlets (“LBTH”) is entitled to refuse to confirm or deny whether it holds that information and can rely on regulation 13 (unfair disclosure of personal data) of the EIR as its basis for doing so.
