Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman

The complainant has requested information relating to the organisational structure of the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO) between April 2017 and August 2017.  The Commissioner’s decision is that, on the balance of probabilities, the PHSO does hold information falling within the scope of the request. The Commissioner requires the PHSO to disclose all charts dated March 2017 that have been identified on its intranet showing its various departmental structures.
