The complainant has made a request for information relating to the total number of operations cancelled for non-clinical reasons. The Commissioner’s decision is that North Middlesex University NHS Trust (the Trust) has failed to respond to the complainant’s request within 20 working days of receipt and has therefore breached section 10(1) of the FOIA. The Commissioner requires the Trust to provide the complainant with a response to the request in accordance with its obligations under the FOIA.
