Wrightington Wigan and Leigh NHS Foundation Trust

The complainant requested information from Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh NHS Foundation Trust (the Trust) regarding all racist incidents reported to the Trust. The Trust provided the complainant with information – racial incidents which had been recorded on its system. However, the complainant considered that the Trust had not provided all information relating to his request. The Commissioner’s decision is that, on the balance of probabilities, the Trust does not hold any information to that already provided.
