Local Government & Social Care Ombudsman

The complainant requested data relating to the way the Local Government & Social Government Ombudsman handles its investigations of complaints. The Commissioner’s decision is that the request could not be answered within the cost limit and therefore the LGSCO is entitled to rely on section 12 of FOIA to refuse the request.
