The Commissioner’s decision is that the Gambling Commission (GC) does not hold any further information other than that which has been provided to the complainant under section 1(1)(a) of the FOIA. The Commissioner does not require the public authority to take any steps. Information Tribunal appeal EA/2019/0256 struck out.
