In particular he requested the amount paid by HSCBSO for the practice allowance and whether the practice allowance was paid at 4% or 11%. HSCBSO refused to disclose the requested information under section 40(2) FOIA. The Commissioner considers that HSCBSO correctly applied section 40(2) FOIA. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken.
