However, she considers that the Police, Fire & Crime Commissioner for Staffordshire has breached sections 10 (Time for compliance) and 17 (Refusal of a request) of the FOIA
The Commissioner does not require the Police, Fire & Crime Commissioner for Staffordshire to take any steps as a result of this decision.
