International Academy of Greenwich

The complainant has requested information from the International Academy of Greenwich (IAG) relating to compliance with its funding agreement. The Commissioner has determined that, on the balance of probabilities, the IAG does not hold any further information within the scope of the request. She therefore considers that the IAG has complied with its obligations under section 1(1) of the FOIA. However, she finds that it contravened its obligations under section 10 of the FOIA in failing to respond in a timely manner in accordance with the legislation. The Commissioner does not require the public authority to take any steps.
