The complainant has requested information about a Schedule of Works for property repairs.  Barrow Borough Council withheld the information under the exemption for prejudice to commercial interests – section 43(2) of the FOIA.  The Commissioner’s decision is that Barrow Borough Council has correctly withheld the requested information under section 43(2) of the FOIA.  The Commissioner does not require the public authority to take any steps.
