The complainant has requested information relating to changes introduced (with effect from July 2015) by DISP Rule 3.3.4AR. FOS responded, it refused to disclose the requested information under section 36(2)(b)(ii), section 36(2)(c) and section 42 FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that FOS correctly applied section 36(2)(b)(ii) FOIA to the withheld information. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken. Information Tribunal appeal EA/2020/0039 dismissed.
