The complainant has requested information on Morley Park, the new public park in West Wimbledon SW20. The Commissioner’s decision is that the London Borough of Merton Council (‘the Council’) has correctly applied regulation 12(5)(e) EIR (confidentiality of commercial or industrial information) to withhold information contained in documents held within the scope of the request. The Council advised the Commissioner that some redactions to one document had been made in error. Consequently the Commissioner requires the public authority to disclose the information redacted in error in the Licence to Underlet.
