The Council stated that this information, if held, would be held by the parent company of Cormac Solutions, Corserv Limited, and the Council itself did not hold the information. The Commissioner’s decision is that, on the balance of probabilities, the Council does not hold the requested information. The Commissioner does not require the Council to take any steps.
