The Commissioner decided that, in refusing the request for the information it held by relying on the section 43(2) (Commercial interests) FOIA exemption, Worcester College had complied with the legislation. The Commissioner required no steps to be taken. Information Tribunal appeal EA/2020/0271 appeal withdrawn.
