The complainant has requested information relating to Executive Team expenses claims. The ICO has confirmed that some of the requested information is exempt under section 21 FOIA as it is already reasonably accessible and some information is exempt from disclosure under section 40(2) FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that section 21 and 40(2) FOIA were applied correctly to the withheld information. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken.
