East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust (‘the Trust’) has withheld the information under FOIA section 41(1) (information provided in confidence), sections 36(2)(b) and 36(2)(c) (prejudice to effective conduct of public affairs), section 40(2)(personal data) and section 38(1) (health and safety). The Commissioner’s decision is as follows: The Trust correctly applied section 41(1) to the requested information as it is information provided in confidence. The Commissioner does not require the Trust to take any remedial steps.
