The Commissioner’s decision is that Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) correctly applied section 43(2) – commercial interests FOIA to the withheld information. The Commissioner does not require DHSC to take any steps as a result of this decision notice. First-tier tribunal (General Regulatory chamber) information rights appeal EA/2022/0030 appeal dismissed.
