The complainant has requested information relating to spending for translation and interpretation services. The Commissioner’s decision is that Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (the Trust) failed to respond to the request for information within 20 working days and has therefore breached section 10 (time for compliance with the request) of the FOIA.
The Commissioner requires the Trust to take the following steps to ensure compliance with the legislation: issue a response, in accordance with its obligations under the FOIA, to the request.
